The Top Luxury Winehill Villa is located in Platanias, 12 km from the beautiful Venetian port of Chania. It is built on the side of a hill just 500 meters distant from the beach. Its location provides the guests a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere but also the ability to get to the lively village center of Platanias to the shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the lovely beach in ten minutes walk. The villa offers a balanced blend of luxury and comfort. The high quality combined with a sense of luxury , promises you a unique, high standard accommodation. The view from here is unique. Even from the living room you feel like diving into the blue water of the pool and immediately pass to the sparkling blue sea.

The Winehill Villa has inside a surface of 370 m2 and it is all decorated with luxury furniture, most of them “made in Italy” that will really make you feel comfortable and in an exclusive environment.
On the ground floor you will find a very spacious and comfortable living room with big windows that give you the access directly to the pool area .A high standard level of tv sat system with Dolby surround is available when you want to relax in the comfortable sofa and there is also a fireplace that can warm the atmosphere. Beside the living room there is a well-furnished and organized kitchen, equipped with all the best quality of electro domestic that gives you the possibility to cook everything you need. In the living room there is also a space with a desk in case you need to work on your pc/tablet so it is like having your own office. The living room offers you an “art-corner “ which is the ideal ambient to create paintings and art.
On the ground floor there is an additional bedroom with double bed with a bathroom unsuits with Jacuzzi and another bedroom, also with double bed.
A very modern stair takes you to the first floor where it is located a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and 2 more bathrooms
The Wine hill villa has in total 4 bedrooms that can host 8 people, and two additional sofas that become double beds if needed so in total 12 people can sleep in beds and there are also baby beds available. There are in total 4 bathrooms and three of them have Jacuzzi.
Downstairs there is a play/game room, cinema room and a gym. A professional video projector and mega screen is available and also powerful home cinema kits that will allow you to watch movies like you are in a real cinema.
A billiard table is also available, a ping pong table and some table games.
The gym is fully equipped with all necessary tools like treadmill, bike, multifunctional, dumbbells, mats and Pilates balls.A 5th bedroom will be added in 2018 on this floor

The exterior of the villa which is 3000 square meters really offer you the best facilities to have an unforgettable vacation and includes a large pool with a spectacular sea view and many sun beds and umbrella available. A bar where is possible to prepare drinks during your relax on the pool. The outdoor of the villa offer also three dining spaces well-furnished for dinner, a basketball field, a BBQ area ( with also traditional oven),a huge garden with many plants and flowers, a kids playground on the grass,a garage for 2 cars. All the villa is surrounded and equipped by alarm system(inside and outside) ,many night and day cameras, completely fenced for your fully safety .

The games in the large swimming pool of 90 m2 will not have end .You can enjoy your drink on the wooden deck overlooking the bay of Platanias . Also you can test your skills as a cook in barbeque. The morning hours you can have breakfast in many places outdoor accompanied by singing birds .The children will live carefree moments in the field of playground

The bus from and to Chania or elsewhere on the island runs every 15 minutes until 3 am. From the port of Platanias (within walking distance from the villa), boats depart daily for cruises to exotic beaches (Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna). There are also train excursions that will guide you to the surrounding villages, monasteries and historical places of the city with many different trips.
