Lovely little house arranged as a incredibly charming apartment with one double room and pull out sofa for two persons. Interior combines modern elements with shabby chic decoration. Equipped kitchen, living room with LCD TV, bathroom with shower, lovely furnished terrace, gorgeous pool with sun launges, landscaped garden.

Enclosed large property consists of one large house where the owner lives, and a smaller house for guests. A German Shepherd lives on the property, but her only job is to chase balls and to be cuddled.

Popular sandy beach in Medulin 2,5 km away. Supermarket, coffee shop and ATM machine 1,5 km, restaurant and bakery shop 1,7 km away.

    Foto's zijn niet realistisch, te veel uitvergroot zodat het groter lijkt
    Huis staat als een soort schuurtje achter het huis van de eigenaresse gedrukt, die wel regelmatig thuis is waardoor het wel wennen is om je vrij te bewegen. Er is wel een fantastisch zwembad en 4 ligstoelen.
    Wij hadden een buitenkeuken aan ons huis verwacht wat te zien is op de foto;s. Dit was niet het geval. De buitenkeuken stond bij het huis van de eigenaresse, dit was echt wel een teleurstelling.

    “Um es vorweg zunehmen, dass Highlight des Objektes ist die abgeschlossene Lage mit dem Pool. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Wohnung wurde sauber übergeben. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit einem netten Hund ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

    Verbesserungstipp: Das Schlafzimmer ist in der Nacht sehr hell, da der Hauseingang die ganze Nacht beleuchtet ist. Ein Rollo ähnlich wie bei der Terrasse würde helfen.”

    “Kleines, nett eingerichtetes Häuschen auf einem privaten Grundstück. Schöne Terrasse und traumhafter Pool, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, weil es Anfang Mai noch nicht sehr warm war. Vermieterin sehr nett. Ganz süß ist Baica, die Schäferhündin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.”
