The house is adjacent to a large open meadow at the edge of the forest, where your children can play while you prepare on the cozy terrace your grill specialties.
Whether winter sports enthusiasts, hikers and nature lovers - everyone gets their money. In the vicinity there are two ski areas, cross country tracks just below the residential area, the Tegernsee and Schliersee and many hiking and mountain bike trails.
