A few steps away from the Umbrian borders and the beautiful Etruscan city, Villa Severina is immersed in a typical corner of Tuscany characterized by the rolling hills and gentle vineyards where the well-known Sirah Cortona DOC is produced. Within a short distance, it is possible to reach by car some of the cellars of the famous Strada dei Vini where to stop for interesting wine tastings, the closer Trasimeno Lake, all the major highlights in Tuscany and Umbria. For the daily shopping, Terontola is locate only 6km away and Camucia 9km away.
Guests can access the Villa from the opposite street or even the terrace, fully equipped to eat al fresco and characterized by the iron wrought spiral staircase and the wide modern door glass, revealing what in the past was the back of a local grocery. The parking area and the solarium all around the pool are particularly refined too. Thanks to a nice walking or bike ride across the surrounding greenery, guests can reach easily the best Wineries in the area, a couple of them Leuta and Baldetti are walking distance to the villa.
The private garden, where the infinity pool lies, embellishes this beautiful Villa with SPA, which develops on two floors and can host up to 10 people in its 5 comfortable double bedrooms, all equipped with the newest home automation system and private bathroom with shower. Three out of four upstairs bedrooms open on a terrace where to descend directly to the yard; the fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and is linked to the outer areas too. The ground floor boasts the modern and wide living area consisting in the welcoming living room with sofas, fireplace and TV set where to spend convivial moments reunited all around the fire heat during winter time. The dining area is equipped with wide table adjacent to the kitchen and its counter.
