Access by car directly in front of the house to load and unload luggage, is without anyproblem possible. The public parking lot is only in 3 minutes walking distanceThe building with the aparment is separated only by the piazza of the beautiful lake - Lake Maggiore. Perfect for a stroll along the lake. The spacious 3-room apartment (70 sqm) has a well-equipped, separate kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, Balcony, a beautiful living room, a large double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A small, furnished balcony opens onto the quiet side street. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and pets are not allowed
