Mit 73 m² im 2. Obergeschoß/Dachgeschoß bietet unsere moderne Nichtraucherwohnung Platz für 4 Personen.

Eine separate Küche (Induktionsfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach) mit kleinem Essplatz, ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1x 180x200 cm und 1 x 160x200 cm) laden zum Verweilen ein. Vom Westbalkon aus können Sie entspannt das Geschehen innerorts beobachten. Im schönen Bad stehen Wanne, Dusche, WC und Doppelwaschtisch zur Verfügung.

Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher, sowie einen Haartrockner stellen wir zur Verfügung. SAT-TV, Stereoanlage und WLAN sind selbstverständlich.

Wir haben Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Tischtennis, Kicker, Fitnessgeräte, Fahrräder und Riesenkettcars, einen Fahrrad- und Skiraum. Buchbar sind zwei Pkw-Stellplätze und vier Garagenplätze.

Von unserem Haus im Zentrum von Oberstdorf erreichen Sie schöne Läden und Gastronomie zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten.
