ANTE PORTAS Before the gates of the historic city center of Salzburg You will find me in the center of an historic district of Salzburg, in a nice and safe residential area, close to the city center. Excellent access to the skiing areas in the Salzburg mountains, the lake districts of the Salzkammergut and Obertrum. Conveniently reachable via the motorway A1, with easy access to the Salzburg airport, to the Central Railway Station Salzburg, the Football-Stadium, to various shopping centers and venues as the Salzburg Congress, the MGC (Salzburg Mode- und Eventcenter) and the exhibition center. I am a cosy apartment hotel with 14 holiday homes (apartments), privately run - a real treat for my guests My amenities are … direct access to the public transport of Salzburg bus stop a few steps away from my garden fence City-Train - in 5 minutes walking distance; the gateway to the most important suburban areas of Salzburg with their venues shopping centers, football stadium, Salzburg Arena etc.

in the size of about 23 m², offer individual enjoyment for holiday guests as well as business travellers. The furniture strikes by charm, a wonderful sense for colours and with a lot of enthusiasm right down to the detail a cosy atmosphere with trendy living comfort has been created.
