This charming stone holiday rental in Southern Ardèche features a private swimming pool and access to a wellness area with options for saunas, hammams, and spa amenities. The home includes a well-equipped open kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room, along with ensuite bedrooms. Outside, there are two terraces - one facing the pool and sunrise, another with west-facing views. The pool measures 9m x 4m and is equipped with deckchairs.

The estate is in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and St Ambroix, in southern Ardèche and not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Visit the typical villages in the surroundings and the colourful markets with local specialties to taste. Situated close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cèze valley (water sports, canoeing). The beautiful historical city of Uzes is only 35min away; discover its Duchy and its cathedral, the many shops and restaurants. Many caves nearby Saint Sauveur de Cruzières : The Cave of Pont d'Arc, the Aven d'Orgnac, La Cocalière, La Salamandre... Daytrip to the bamboo grove of Anduze, the little train of Cévennes.
