The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious and bright living room characterised by high vaulted ceilings, an exclusive green marble fireplace and luxurious antique furniture. To the right of the entrance you will find an elegant bedroom with en-suite bathroom, designed with accessibility in mind. A glass door leads from the living room to a sunny terrace, decorated with lush lemon trees.

To the left of the entrance is a refined and bright dining room with picturesque views of the villa's gardens. Behind the dining room is the completely renovated kitchen, equipped with a large marble worktop for effortless cooking and a separate service entrance.

Up the stairs to the first floor, where a large living room offers a private balcony with exclusive views of Monteriggioni. This room leads to the first of three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A bright and spacious corridor leads to two double rooms with shared bathroom and a further double room with private bathroom.
