The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1987, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower and barbecue facilities.

Šilo. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartments KRK SIL 129, KRK SIL 131 and KRK SIL 128 (each for 3 persons), KRK SIL 130 (3 persons), KRK SIL 133 and KRK SIL 134 (each for 4 persons), Studio KRK SIL 135 (2 persons) and KRK SIL 428 (3 people) are in the same house. Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), safe and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early May to end of September, heatable, 3 m x 9 m, depth 1,5 m).

Eat-in kitchen (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children), sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (9 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, 2 sunbeds). Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner with electric stove (4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
