The house comprises a total of six apartments, of which two are available for guests: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The owners live 4km away from the apartment and are available around the clock.

The lovely beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia are 600 metres away, the pedestrian zone in the centre 500 metres away.

First-floor holiday apartment

The spacious apartment is ideal for four people and comprises a kitchen-diner, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment measures 90m² in total. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a stove with four rings, an electric oven, crockery and a coffee machine. The bathroom also has a hairdryer.

The apartment also features two balconies, of which one is furnished with a small table and chairs.
