Holiday home with pool and air conditioning

The holiday home built in 1900, was renovated in 2006 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Motovun. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm open garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
