Quietly situated, renovated stone house (2013) with its own pool and terrace and access to a private beach

This stone house with its own pool was renovated just recently in 2013 and is in the quiet little village of Gornji Humac on the road to Bol on the island of Brac. The village is in the middle of the island and is therefore an ideal starting point for exploring the island.

The lovely house has three floors and provides 180m² of living space for six people. It is very tastefully furnished and the wooden beams and exposed stonework on the walls add to its flair. The ground floor consists of an open, modern and well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, as well as a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed, coffee table and satellite TV. The rustic dining space is next to the fireplace. The ground floor also has a WC with a washing machine. The sofa bed (180 x 200cm) in the living room can accommodate two further people. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm), and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The third bedroom, also with a double bed and its own shower room, is on the second floor. Owing to the stone walls, the house has excellent insulation and air conditioning is not required. Gornji Humac is the highest village on the island, so the climate is very pleasant and during the summer months the nights are cooler.

The holiday house has a 400m² garden, its own outdoor pool, a grill and a furnished terrace. It is a perfect setting for a carefree and relaxing stay. The site is fenced. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

You can use a wireless Internet connection free of charge, which works both in the house and in the outdoor area. A cot can be provided on request. Breakfast is available on request, at a supplementary charge, which is served in the nearby restaurant Nono Ban. The restaurant is 300 metres from the holiday house and children pay half price.

You can swim and sunbathe at the private beach, which is reserved exclusively for this owner’s guests and is nine kilometres from the house. The ferry harbour is 20km away, and it is 4km to the airport and a 300-metre walk to the nearest bus stop. It is 7km to the sea and the nearest beach. The nearest supermarket is just 100 metres away, the nearest restaurant 300 metres from the house.
