This hillside villa is located at the southern end of Apt, on a 5,000 m² plot with swimming pool. In the 17th and 18th centuries, gangs of robbers made the area unsafe. Now beautiful villas have been built here, gleaming in the Provençal sun. Stroll through the charming village of Lourmarin and enjoy the view of Mont Ventoux. The renovated villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a street. There it welcomes you behind a small inhabited house. Part of the access road is unpaved and not suitable for lowered vehicles. To Avignon it is about 50 km.

    “Das Ferienhaus selbst ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und auch Küchen-technisch gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind mit hochwertigen Matratzen bestückt, die (angemietete) Bettwäsche vom Feinsten.
    Die Terrasse ermöglicht frühstücken in der Morgensonne, das terrassierte Gelände selbst ist weitläufig und durch teilweise Einzäunung bzw. dichten Unterholzbewuchs an den Grundstücksgrenzen als Auslauf für Hunde ideal geeignet..
    Der Pool und dessen Umfeld ist sehr gepflegt, die Liegemöbel ebenso.
    Das Anwesen liegt sehr ruhig und mitten im Grünen; man ist vollkommen ungestört.
    Alle Einkäufe lassen sich im 2-3km entfernten Apt erledigen!
    Wichtig zu wissen:
    - Die letzten 100m der Zufahrt sind sehr rustikal, der Stellplatz am Haus hingegen gepflastert .
    - Den Blick über die Mauer / aus dem Schlafzimmer (Nord) sollte man sich sparen, das angrenzende / verlassene(?) Grundstück ist kein Schmuckstück, mindert aber den Erholungswert nicht, solange man sich auf dem "eigenen", großen Areal aufhält.”
