This comfortable semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in Miami Playa, just 350 metres from the sea. The communal areas of the development include a playground, a football pitch and a basketball court. The lovingly furnished house has an inviting living and dining area with a fireplace. One of the two bedrooms has two single beds, which can be converted into two bunk beds if required. You can have breakfast on the private terrace in front of the house and overlook your own small garden with a large palm tree. The barbecue area behind the house offers you the opportunity to spend pleasant hours together outdoors in the evening.
The residential area is well connected; you can reach restaurants and a supermarket on foot from here in approx. 10 minutes. A national road and railway tracks run between the settlement and the beach. The latter can be easily crossed via various tunnels.
The Costa Dorada (Golden Coast) is the coastal region on the Spanish Mediterranean, which lies to the south of Barcelona and Tarragona. The region is very well connected thanks to its excellent infrastructure, which includes the two airports in Barcelona and Reus. This coast has similar characteristics to the Mallorcan coast: fine sandy beaches, hidden coves surrounded by nature, where you can swim in crystal-clear sea water and where all kinds of water sports such as snorkelling, water skiing, kayaking, diving, windsurfing and parasailing are possible; anglers also get their money's worth here - and all of this in the most beautiful location. Many of the towns in the region are fishing villages with many first-class leisure and culinary offerings. The Costa Dorada is also known as a first-class wine-growing region.
