Nice country house near Calonge. This nice country house is situated in a big plot nearby Calone and disposes of two floors.
In the ground-floor there are two doble-bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the first floor you can find the full-equipped kitchen, the living- / diningroom, one more bath and a terrace with marvellous views, one side until the hills round abaut San Salvador and the other side until the sea.
The villa also disposes of a big pool, a garden, and some roofed terraces more.
All windows do have mosquito screens and the two bedrooms also have air-conditioning.
Calonge is a small nice village with only 5 kilometres distance to Cala D’Or. There you find all you need to spend nice and relaxing holidays, as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets etc.
In only a few minutes distance in car you find some of the nicest beaches of Majorca as Cala Mondrago and S’Amarador.
