Holiday home with garden and a stunning view

This holiday home is located in Los Quemados on La Palma and offers stunning views of the volcanoes San Antonio and Teneguia. Relax in southern La Palma, where you will find beautiful landscapes. Enjoy the beautiful weather away from the hordes of tourists.

The beautiful garden is great for relaxing. The partially covered patio is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers. Enjoy stunning views and the night sky from the balcony. Parking is available.

The house, built in the traditional style, accommodates up to four people. It boasts a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a dresser. A crib can be supplied upon request. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed for one, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine and a solar panel are also available.

It is just five minutes to the town centre with its restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is six kilometres to the nearest beach via a walking path that leads past local flora and fauna. The sand here is black. The volcanoes San Antonio and Teneguia, as well as the Malvasier Vineyards are close by. There are even banana plantations. Enjoy fresh fish, Gofio, Mojo Dip and potatoes and the famous desserts.

    “Küche: Küchenutensilien zu wenig, teils Defekt. Nur 1 Steckdose im Küchenbereich, wir haben eine Steckerleiste gekauft! Für kalte Jahreszeit nicht geeignet. Undichte Fenster und Türen. Als Heizung war ein kleiner Elektro Radiator vorhanden. Keine Einzel-Finca. Wand vom Schlafzimmer grenzt an Nachbar Finca Wohnzimmer. Schöne große Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Kein Balkon und Wintergarten. Möblierung und Sauberkeit OK. Vermieter hat uns mit Bananen versorgt.”

    “The comment of the family, some things he commented on do not correspond to reality. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything necessary for a family. In the dining room there was a power strip. The house has a large terrace, with wooden porches, as you can see the photos and garden. Whenever a client asks me for a second radiator, I put it on. This gentleman never asked me for anything he wrote in his comment, on the contrary he told me that everything was correct.”

    “Ein schönes Haus mit einer großen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Atlantik. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet und einem recht guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Eine sehr, sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Alle drei Tage frische Handtücher und Bananen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.”
