Central holiday apartment with a roofed balcony

The accommodation is in a quiet location in the centre of Zadar.

We provide additional measures regarding the disinfection due to coronavirus, both during cleaning of the whole accommodation space and in the way that guests have enough towels and linen, washing machine, disposable gloves, antibacterial handwash, wet wipes, liquid soap, toilet paper. Also, the accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood and a smaller building where there is no large circulation of people, yet close enough to amenities such as shops, restaurants (with online ordering and delivery options), free of charge sports fields, while the city center is away about 20 min on foot. We allow self-arrival and departure to stay at the prescribed distance. Directions will be sent on the arrival day.

The roofed balcony with a view of the modern sports centre is furnished with a table and four chairs. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden. A parking space is available.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a little residential house and can accommodate four people. The master bedroom has a big double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and two desks. The air-conditioned living and dining room provides a corner sofa, a flatscreen TV and a dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen with a counter is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom comprises a bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Wireless Internet access is available.

You can walk to many restaurants, shops, cafés and a sports centre. It is a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town.
