Shop 5.1 km, grocery, restaurant 200 m, bakery 5.1 km, café 200 m, bus stop "Cresedo Linie 131" 100 m, railway station "Biasca" 19 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 5 km, chair lift 18 km, children's ski school 8 km, cross country ski track 13 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Mercato Bellinzona, sabato, Chiesa Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Museo Cà da Rivoi, Archivio Fotografico, Donetta. Exit to the garden, to the patio. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 80 - 100 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Lounge. Terrace partly roofed, south facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), sitting area. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smoking house.
