Completely renovated typical ibizan country house from 1953, located on top of the hill in the San Mateo valley, facing south, with sun all day. It has a very nice patio-terrace in the front, with access from the kitchen and the living room.
Full kitchen with table for 6 people.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all with showers and one with a whirlpool bath, of which two are en-suite (on the 1st floor). Air coditioner in all the house.
Elongated living room, it has a small sofa with satellite TV and a table for 8 people, from there you can access all the bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds of 200x90cm. Two bedrooms with a double bed of 200x150cm. All bedrooms have air conditioning and satellite tv.
At the rear of the house, the land is raised where the pool of approximately 10x4m is located, with protection railings, hammocks and a small area with artificial grass.
Being in a protected area, it is totally forbidden to barbecue.
Cleaning service: Complete change of towels and sheets every 7 days and basic cleaning during the week for reservations of at least one week.
