Villa with pool and beautiful garden

The standig individually villa, built in 2013 is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Location
Krnica. The villa is located on a 550 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Youth groups are not allowed. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Special
air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), safe, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 6,50 m, depth 1,40 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.
