The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1985, renovated in 2015 and is functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and secluded location at the water. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Beach chairs are available for guests.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house.
