This family self standing house has 2 spacious apartments located on the first floor. The house is located in the settlement of the family houses called Štinjan. The closest beach with the view to the national Park Brijuni is just 5 minutes walk from the house.
Fenced garden with children play-ground, vicinity of the grocery store, selection of the nearby restaurants and easy going atmosphere make this house perfect for the relaxed summer vacation. Good public transport with the cultural and historical center Pula.
Magnificent Roman Colosseum is the biggest theater under the stars hosting various concerts, ballets, gladiator spectacles. Evening walks through the narrow ancient streets, full of colorful street events, vivid local fairs, souvenir shops, galleries... or look to the latest city attraction "lighting giants" will be nice end of the long summer day.

    “Die Wohnung hält das, was sie verspricht. Für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag so benötigt. Der Hammer ist aber die große Terrasse, von der man jeden Abend den grandiosen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann, wenn man nicht gerade unterwegs ist. Die Betten sind völlig okay - man steht also nicht mit Rückenschmerzen auf. Von dem Haus kann man zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Es sind die beschriebenen 500 Meter - zum Strand bergab und zurück entsprechend leicht bergauf, aber absolut kein Problem. Man kann sich auch in dem gemütlichen Garten setzen und lecker Grillen. Dazu steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Sie sprechen deutsch und englisch.
    Ein kleines Manko ist die kleine Kaffeemaschine, reicht gerade mal für 2 große Tassen und sie brauch sehr lange bis sie den Kaffee fertig hat. Hier könnte mal eine neue Maschine angeschafft werden. Das ist für uns aber auch der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Der Rest war für uns perfekt! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.”
