Flat Giewont with swimming pool

A detached, cosy, 2-storey building in Kościelisko, at 206 a Nędzy Kubińca Street, with a view of the Tatra Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of Zakopane, the city which is called the Polish capital of the Tatra Mountains. In close proximity are the entrances to the Tatra National Park, walking trails (e.g. the Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valleys), cross-country and downhill skiing trails. To the centre of Zakopane only about 10 minutes by car. The same to the geothermal pools in Chochołów. Beautiful views, mountains, forests and streams.

The flat is located on the first floor. There are only two flats on each floor. The area is approx. 40 m2. The flat consists of two rooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a covered viewing balcony:

- Bedroom (double bed of 1.6 m. x 2 m.).
- Living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, with a view of the Tatras,
- Kitchenette with refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, set of dishes, etc.
- Bathroom with shower, electric dryer, etc.
- Covered balcony with coffee table, view of the Tatras

Grounds next to the property

- indoor swimming pool (13 m. x 6 m.), inside the building, under the care of a lifeguard, for the exclusive use of flat owners and their guests,
- underground garage with a designated parking space, belonging to the flat Giewont,
- a private, covered balcony, accessed from the living room, with a coffee table and a view of the Tatra Mountains,
- a designated area for a campfire (wood provided by the guest),
- free-standing/fenced/fenced area monitored by cameras.
- in the immediate vicinity of the Polany tavern, not far from the Samanta patisserie with delicious coffee,
- excellent transport links - bus stops
- in the immediate vicinity a playground and an open-air concert stage with an interesting regional programme.

The entrance from the underground garage is gently sloping. In winter it is advisable to bring chains or a 4-wheel drive. This is not too much of a problem as the area is cleaned and snow cleared.

Tatra National Park. We recommend excursions to the Morskie Oko Lake, climbing Giewont. a cable car to Kasprowy Wierch, trips to the Kościeliska Valley and Chochołowska Valley, as well as taking advantage of the geothermal baths in Chochołów and visiting this village with its historic buildings. Nearby, there are plenty of skiing trails, a cross-country skiing route and a rich programme of coach excursions to nearby tourist attractions (e.g. Kraków, Slovakia, the Beskids, Babia Góra, etc.). Be sure to visit Zakopane, Krupówki promenade, museums, monuments, stock up on necessary things in shopping centres, local market and watch ski jumping (winter and summer :).
