We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

The flat is in an apartment building with multiple units. A few stair steps to the main entrance, also can be reached by a ramp. To go to the apartment you can use the staircase or the elevator. The distance to the Trave, the center and the beautiful old town is about 600m. Private parking place directly in front of the apartment building (on the property at the fence, the placebehind, before the carport, nr 6/Rohde).

Bright, comfortable, 61 m² big 2 room ,non-smoking apartment for 2 persons on the 1st floor ( elevator). Big balcony to the south.The well sized living room is tiled in white and equipped with a dark blue leather sofa ( 2 and 3 seater) , coffee table,dining table for two with 2 chairs.DVD player, Hifi,80cm LCD-TV ( cable). The kitchen is integrated in the living room with ceramic glass cooktop, oven,coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer,dishwasher,water kettle,toaster. In the bathroom is a shower, WC,washing basin, hair dryer and a washing machine. The bedroom is carpeted and with two single beds ( set up as double bed , each mattress is 80 x 190 cm- open foot end) and a wardrobe. Iron, iron board and safe are also available.

Conditions:
Inclusive: bed linen, towels, dishtowels, heat, power and final cleaning. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the general shed (to open the shed use the door keys).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
