Haus Loreen is located in Niederthai, nestling high above Umhausen at 1550 meters altitude - it is known as Ötztal's sunny balcony. In a very quiet, panoramic, idyllic and secluded setting! In summer you can choose from myriad walking and hiking trails on your doorstep. The Stuiben Falls - Tirol's biggest waterfall - are only 1 km away. In winter the Nordic skiing track runs past our house and you receive the ultimate Niederthai Card including all snow sport activities. Niederthai makes a perfect ski area for beginners and families, a ski school and equipment rental station are on the spot. The valley's major ski areas like Sölden and Obergurgl are about 20 km away.

Our comfortable 60m² apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 living room with tiled stove and cozy bench, satellite TV, and sleeping arrangements for the 3rd and 4th person. The 3rd and 4th person must pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom. A separate, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) completes the offering. Upon request, we offer a flexible solution to ensure barrier-free access to our accessible apartment.
