Garden level: Living room with direct access to the private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) and the enclosed pleasure garden shared by 2 gîtes with deckchairs and children's play area, equipped kitchen. On the first floor accessible by a spiral staircase: two bedrooms with (1 bed in 140 and 1 bed in 90) and (1 bed in 160), shower room and independent WC. Bed, high chair, children's bathtub are available. Carport and private parking in the property.
