Brief description:

The luxury mountain chalet is located in a quiet and sunny location at 1,717 m above sea level. This in the heart of the Engadine at the entrance to the Val Bever only a few kilometers from St. Moritz. With great attention to detail, the chalet was kept very comfortable in typical Engadine style and furnished with a lot of warmth and flair as well as exclusively high-quality natural materials. Solid wood furniture as well as stone floors give the apartment a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment is attached as an outbuilding to the main residence.
Nestled in lush meadows and rustic forests, the chalet, which is located on the outskirts of the village, offers direct access to cross-country ski trails in winter. An unmistakable view towards the Bernina massif and an imposing view of the nearby mountains of the Engadine. Only a few minutes drive to the vibrant St. Moritz and numerous cultural and sporting attractions.

Equipment of the Chalet Apartment

The chalet apartment offers about 40 square meters of living space for 2 people and is heated with underfloor heating.
The kitchen of the apartment is separable and fully equipped with dishes, ceramic hob, combi steamer, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. At the rustic dining table with bench and chairs you can sit comfortably and cozy to eat together.
Directly adjacent to the sun-drenched living area is a private terrace with seating and garden furniture.
A special feature of the apartment is that it is on the ground floor, but still has a gable made of chopped wood, which makes the room look spacious and is equipped with special indirect lighting. The result is a unique atmosphere.
A private underground garage directly under the chalet allows a pleasant, stress-free access. Directly next to the garage is a sports cellar in which you can store skis, bikes or other sports equipment and utensils. This is shared with the guests of the main chalet.
As a ski family we offer first hand ski & cross country lessons as well as guiding. In the chalet you also have the possibility to get a relaxing massage or wellness treatment. Please note that the apartment guests can not use the wellness, this is exclusively available to our private chalet guests.

Location:

The Engadin Chalet is perfect for sports enthusiasts and recreation seekers who are looking for a vacation destination in an almost untouched picture book landscape. After an eventful day, the luxury chalet invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Directly in front of the front door start various hikes to the numerous Alps. Summit strikers, on the other hand, have the opportunity to climb the Engadine mountains. In addition, only a few minutes drive from the chalet is the valley station of the ski area Marguns/Corviglia, the ski resort of St.Moritz, which especially in winter delights guests. The cross-country ski trail passes directly in front of the house and with about 220 km of trails, the Engadine is considered the cross-country mecca of the Alps par excellence.
The countless sports and cultural offers of the region as well as the numerous events probably do not need to be described in detail. The Engadin St. Moritz region has stood for attractive summer and winter tourism for over 150 years.
