Do you want to enjoy a beautiful property close to the airport and a few minutes from the beach? We have the perfect place for you! This house is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, 300 meters from supermarkets, 500 meters from the bus stop, 6 km from the beaches and 8km from Malaga city.
This property can sleep up to 8 people and has 150m2 of constructed area, it is comfortable, modern and very cosy. The layout is as follows:
MAIN FLOOR
Living room: located just as you enter the house, with modern smart TV, air conditioning and two 3-seater sofas. 600MB Wifi is available throughout the house.
Kitchen: although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out you may feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen is open plan with the living room and is very practical: it has a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor fan, ceramic cooktop, oven, cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, storage area and table for up to 8 people. You won't need anything else!
Bathroom: with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom A: has a double bed, air conditioning and a balcony with mountain views.
Bedroom B: has two single beds, air conditioning and a balcony with a terrace with armchairs and views of the valley.
Bedroom C: has a bunk bed with twin beds, air conditioning and access to the aforementioned terrace.
Bathroom: with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror.
BASEMENT FLOOR – Lower Level
Bedroom D: has a double bed, air conditioning, 2-seater sofa, reading area with books and access to the back patio.
Bathroom: with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror.
NOTE: The property has an alarm and security camera, which will only be operational during the periods when there are no guests (between bookings), during your stay you will have total privacy.
The house has a terrace with views of the Guadalhorce valley. Also, in the backyard you can enjoy a large area to eat, relax or just have a nice chat with friends and family. The front patio can be used to park a car inside the property. There is free access to a large communal area with swimming pool and a multitude of sports facilities. Communal swimming pool with tennis, paddle and football courts.
* The opening and closing dates of the swimming pool season will depend on weather conditions.
