If you are looking for a beautiful, traditional Istrian villa, then Villa Lui is the right place for you! The 450 square meter property has been restored with great care and attention to detail. It exudes the charm of times gone by, but at the same time offers all the advantages of modern living, such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The charming stone villa can accommodate up to seven people and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining and living area. The three stylishly furnished bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the fully equipped kitchen and the associated open-plan living and dining area are on the first floor. The old wooden beams on the ceiling and the old fireplace give the first floor an additional rustic touch.

In the outdoor area of the villa is a 24 square meter pool, which invites you to relax and where you are sure to spend many pleasant hours. Right next to the pool is a covered outdoor kitchen with a dining area and a stone barbecue, where you can try out one or two local delicacies.

The garden is completely fenced in and adorned with many plants, giving it a Mediterranean touch. Here your children can play carefree and have lots of fun on the seesaw. With its 1700 year old history, it is the most beautiful and luxurious tourist town in Istria with an amazing old town - an architectural pearl. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets, with small art galleries a real town of painters with numerous restaurants and cafes. It is one of the most photogenic towns in the Mediterranean, once a fishing village, now a tourist resort. At a distance of about 35 kilometers from Pula, Rovinj town is known for its favorable and advantageous climatic features. Here, people are still proud of this long tradition and 'fight' for the title of 'healthy town'... The rest is nature's work. The entire coast with its twenty-two islands is a nature reserve.
