Oh, how beautiful Mallorca is amidst the hills and coastal landscapes in the east of the island. Just a 10-minute drive from the coast, the upper floor of the Son Cullera Petit farmhouse offers magnificent views over the romantic village of Son Servera to the nearby sea. Children of all ages can let off steam in the large garden, while you can relax in the numerous seating and sunbathing areas around the house or cool off in the pool. The steps in the pool invite you to relax. On warm summer evenings, you can end the day with a good glass of wine in a cosy seating area behind the property. There is also a lovely dining area on the terrace with a large wooden set, where you can enjoy culinary delights in the open air. You can conjure up a delicious BBQ in no time at all with the hot table grill provided. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a bike rack with a multi-tool set. So nothing stands in the way of exploring the numerous mountain bike and racing bike trails in the neighbourhood. The property is secluded, so you can enjoy an unforgettable farm holiday in complete privacy.

Son Cullera Petit is a completely renovated house with a compact layout and modern furnishings. The room layout is largely open-plan and the furnishings are of a high standard. Partly unplastered, partly bright white painted quarry stone walls and wooden beams, together with the minimalist furnishings, create a refreshingly airy and cosy effect. This also applies to the living area with flat-screen TV and comfortable leather sofa. Directly next to it is a large cooking island that leaves nothing to be desired and makes shared self-catering on holiday pure fun. Half a level below, the dining area with a stylish table is positioned between the kitchen and a large window front. Two marvellous double bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep. Both are equipped with trendy, open-plan and walk-in bathroom areas. Overall, the stylishly furnished farmhouse is a successful holiday home where you can easily spend a relaxing time.

Guests of the farmhouse enjoy a wonderfully rural location on the edge of the small village of Son Servera. At the same time, the east coast of the island can be reached in less than ten minutes via the small country road Ma-4030, which can only be heard when the wind is blowing in the right direction. Here, one beautiful sandy beach follows the next. There are several good restaurants and bars on the Costa de los Pinos, where you should definitely stop off on your excursions. A particular highlight in Son Servera is the Iglésia Nova, a church designed by one of Gaudí's students. A large part of the exterior walls, including the windows and rose windows, were built. However, the roof was not completed, which gives this place its very special charm today. Other highlights of the region are the promenades of Cala Bona and Cala Millor or the gigantic stalactite caves of Artà.

The lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished farmhouse Son Cullera Petit with swimming pool is located just 1 km north-east of Son Servera with magnificent distant sea views of the east coast near Cala Millor. Numerous shopping facilities, e.g. in Son Servera, can be reached in a few minutes. Cala Millor and Cala Bona are only 10 minutes away by car and have beautiful promenades for strolling and going out in the evening. On the beach of Sa Marjal you will always find a free spot to relax in the sun. **COVID measure: In order to offer the greatest possible protection, two industrial ozone filters are used when cleaning the house. **
