With its proud name, Pula One already reveals a little of the uniqueness of this property, which continues to impress us despite our many years of experience. Hidden by pine trees (fitting, as the nearest town is Costa dels Pins), the villa wows visitors with its lavishly designed outdoor area. The completely secluded pool, decorated with blue mosaic tiles, contributes to this. It is framed by a surrounding lounge area where luxurious relaxation loungers can be placed in the natural shade or under the parasols. In summer, the two Bali-style daybeds not only invite you to enjoy a midday siesta, but also offer an attractive spot for a balmy summer night under the stars. The terrace is located directly above the pool area. At first glance, the wicker furniture looks rough, but has been elegantly combined with delicate, comfortable metal outdoor sofas. The two seating areas and the dining table are in natural colours and materials. Even the parasol is made of airy sails, which not only provide shade but also connect the entire living area with the veranda. This room reveals the simple desire for high-quality living!

The detailed design makes our hearts beat faster - this applies without restriction to both the exterior and interior. Light, subtle colours such as warm brown and beige tones and natural materials such as raffia, wood and wicker combine to create a tasteful furnishing style. Mallorcan elements such as Teixit de Lliggos, a canvas with a pattern reminiscent of flickering flames, can be found on the comfortable sofas. On a white surface printed with the traditional colour blue, they lend the living area a maritime lightness. The adjoining dining area was placed in front of the floor-to-ceiling window elements facing the terrace. The fully equipped, stone-grey country house kitchen continues the modern comfort that you don't want to do without on holiday (although you can of course also supplement your meals with delicacies from the barbecue). Speaking of comfort: this also applies to the three bedrooms, which are complemented by a total of three trendy bathrooms with walk-in showers - so you benefit from absolute privacy, even if you are travelling with another family. Carefully selected accessories such as lamps, mirrors and pictures in photo wallpaper style round off the expressive ensemble. With Pula One, even design lovers will get their money's worth when it comes to the furnishings, but it's best to see for yourself.

The east of the island, which also includes the wealthy villa resort of Costa dels Pins, is characterised by a fascinating interplay between (partly unspoilt) sandy beaches and the gentle mountain range of the Serra de Llevantes, which does not rise above 600 metres. The gentle hills separate the pretty towns, such as Costa del Pins and Canyamel. Thanks to its location on the easily audible country road, you can quickly reach the surrounding small towns, all of which have their own charm: the medieval Artà with its fortress, pedestrianised zone and good restaurants; the equally venerable Capdepera with its castle and panoramic views; and the lively coastal town of Cala Ratjada. Water sports, swimming, golf on one of the surrounding premium courses or hiking trails along the coastal towns offer plenty of variety in this scenic region.
