When your name is Ses Mires, sunny views are a must. The villa is located in picturesque surroundings, just a few minutes from the idyllic town of Cas Concos. Built on a small hill with south-facing terraces and balcony, it offers marvellous views to all guests seeking peace and quiet. The large covered terrace, ideal for communal meals, leads down a few steps to the pool area with outdoor shower and on to a natural garden; benches, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue area offer everything you need to spend your days (and of course your evenings and nights) in the villa in comfort and style. And why not give your car a break in the car park in front of the main entrance? If you prefer to watch the clouds or seek some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle around the pool, then go out onto the balcony and gaze into the (green) distance...

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Three steps lead up through the large gate into the holiday residence, which is decorated in true Mallorcan style with high ceilings and cool marble floors. As you enter the hall, you are greeted by antique, typical Mallorcan furniture; an imposing staircase with an exquisite wooden banister leads up to three air-conditioned bedrooms. On the first floor, two of the bedrooms feature two double beds fit for a prince, complete with en-suite bathroom, bathtub with shower and access to the balcony as the crowning glory. The third bedroom upstairs with its twin beds and shared shower room on the ground floor, which is also used by bedroom no. 4, is of course no match for these princely suites, but is nevertheless very cosy. The large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace is equally inviting with its warm wooden furnishings and the well-equipped country-style kitchen with breakfast area and stone barbecue is also just a few steps away from the outdoor dining area. For many, holidays need to be stress-free, especially when travelling with children Ses Mires offers the perfect blend of comfort and functionality for your holiday.

Despite its popularity as a Mallorcan second home, Ca's Concos des Cavaller is a pleasantly quiet little town; remnants of the Talayotic culture can be found in the hilly landscape reminiscent of Tuscany that surrounds Santanyí, Es Carritxó and S'Alqueria Blanca, an area to which artists have always been particularly drawn. But it is equally attractive for people who love the land AND the sea, as beaches such as Caló de sa Torre, Sa Barca Trencada or Cala Mondragó (12 km), which are not yet too crowded, offer a varied (under)water world. Those who prefer the hills should take the two-hour hike up to the monastery on the Puig de San Salvador near Felanitx, which offers breathtaking panoramic views.

Situated in one of the most beautiful valleys in south-east Mallorca and just a 15-minute walk from the artists' village of Ca's Concos des Cavaller, the rustic Villa Ses Mires is surrounded by greenery and offers fantastic views from the terrace, pool and balcony. In the village you will find a supermarket and a bakery as well as trendy restaurants and plenty of art to enjoy. The beautiful sandy beaches of the south-east coast are only 10 - 15 km away; Felanitx (9 km) and Santanyi (8 km) are the perfect distance for short walks, where you can enjoy an espresso while looking over the farmers' market, or for a spontaneous evening stroll.
