These rooms are beautifully styled and provide ample storage space. A shared bathroom with a luxurious bathtub is also on this level, catering to comfort and convenience.
The ground-middle floor serves as the social hub of the villa, combining an inviting living space, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a plush L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a 55-inch Smart TV, along with sliding doors that open onto a balcony offering stunning sea views and outdoor seating. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which includes a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests.
