Beautiful villa on a hill covered with olive trees in the heart of the Valdichiana, 1500 metres from Marciano della Chiana, a small medieval village where there are several restaurants and grocery shops.

From the house there is a view over the valley, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and Montecchio Castle. During the restoration of the villa, signs of the splendour of the past have reappeared in some of the frescoes.
The property is surrounded by a large fenced park with a large swimming pool (14 x 7 metres, open from May to October), a gazebo with pizza oven and barbecue and a terrace equipped for outdoor dining.

The villa, consisting of a main house and an outbuilding, has a total of 22 beds.
Villa: On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with bathroom for disabled guests, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and two further bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and whirlpool bath, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a suite with two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a living room with a double sofa bed.
Next to the main building there is a small cottage with a living room with 2 sofa beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace.
