Novigrad. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments IST NOV 122 (2 persons), IST NOV 123, IST NOV 126, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151 and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 persons) and IST NOV 125 (6 persons) are located in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house. There are parking spaces for 12 cars.

Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 1,7 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
