Very nice vacation home with large terrace and stunning views of the Cevennes in Salles du Gardon on the Gard, just 10 km north of Alès, a fairly lively town. 2 km from the center of this village on the banks of the Gardon, enjoy absolute tranquility and a breathtaking view from the covered terrace. This very pretty vacation home in unrendered stone, beautifully decorated in the authentic tradition of the region, is ideal for families with children. All living spaces are on one level, with a charming open kitchen and set on 8 acres of wooded land. Every window opens to the beautiful green landscapes. You can head out for great hikes right from the front door. The two owners also live on the property.
Just 13 km away, you can enjoy moments of fun with family or friends in the lush greenery of Lac de Campoux, where you can frolic in the cool water or use pedal boats, canoes and stand up paddle. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of outdoor activities: climbing, mountain biking, zip lines, via ferrata, canyoning, caving, visiting castles, mines and especially the fossil forest with its ancient trees. At less than 20 km, discover the pleasant villages of Anduze with its famous exotic park or St. Ambroix and other listed villages. You are only 1 hour away from the Chauvet Cave, a unique place in the world. Thanks to this charming vacation home, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in the magnificent and very prosperous surroundings of Gard.

    “Topausstattung, rustikal. Lage: 3 km von einer echten Straße entfernt gelegen, mitten im Waldgebiet, Steilhänge, deshalb für kleine Kinder unter 7 Jahren ungeeignet, für ältere Kinder erlebnisreich, Bambusdschungel, Quellen, Koiteich, Schafe usw.
    Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit Etagenbett für Kinder. 1,5 Stunden vom Mittelmeer entfernt, gut zu fahren, 40 Minuten von Nimes (Kultur, Amphitheater usw ) entfernt.
    Vermieter sehr korrekt und freundlich, spricht französisch und spanisch. Haus ist Natur pur, keine Zivilisationsgeräusche, traumhafte Aussicht auf das Tal.”
