Lovely Holiday House in El Vendrell with Private Pool

This holiday home is in a quiet residential area between Vendrell and Calafell. The cities offer a varied range of leisure activities, sports and restaurants. Catalonia is famous for its beautiful and tranquil beaches and offers everything for a successful family holiday.

The house has a large porch, a summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal and gas) and an enclosed furnished garden that is both spacious and secluded. Here the family can enjoy unforgettable evenings with sunset and relaxation. The beautiful and harmonious garden is carefully taken care of and there is a modern, newly built swimming pool 7 x 5.5 m with an integrated jacuzzi. For families with children there is the possibility to put a movable fence around the pool, but this must be ordered in advance.

The house has everything needed for a nice holiday. It is just over 180 sqm and has two bright floors. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two singles and two doubles, one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with stunning views and another bathroom. On the ground floor there is a furnished living room with fireplace, TV, dining table for eight people and exit to the porch. A fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a toilet with shower and a laundry room. All bedrooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and conventional heating elements for heating in wintertime. There is WiFi throughout the house. There are eight beds in total.

From the property there are good connections to the C-32 and AP-7, so you can easily reach Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous Port Aventura theme park. In close proximity there are golf courses and a water park, (Leon Aqua Safari) to the delight of the younger family members. The property is located in Baix Penedes, a well-known wine district. Here are wines produced, of which the most famous is Cava. Several vineyards receive visitors. Welcome! Tourist number: HUTT008314
