The small, modest village Prinos is well away from touristic hotspots, approx. 2km further inland and 14 km east of Rethimno. It is a typical Cretan village with traditional houses and small alleys set in a quiet and romantic surrounding with olive groves and vine yards. The villa ELYA with pool is located on a large, enclosed and well-maintained garden property in the beautiful and quiet atmosphere of the village. In direct vicinity is the property of the holiday house PRINOS that is also let to guests. The distance between the holiday houses is approx. 35m. The gardens are separated by a nice stone wall that also provides sight protection.
