The holiday home, in a quiet residential area, is about two minutes from the sea.
The 400 m² private garden has a lawn, a fish pond with water lilies, a barbecue and a terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining.
With a living area of 250 m², the bright house offers three bedrooms with windows and fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms and an additional toilet outside. In the bright living room there is not only a sofa, but also a wall of books and a television. In addition to the normal heating, a fireplace provides cosy warmth both in the living room and in the kitchen. In summer, the air conditioning system keeps the room cool. The 25 m² fully equipped and bright kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on site. The house also has a WLAN connection.
The beach is about 300 metres away. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a public swimming pool as well as various other sports facilities are also within walking distance. The nearby forest is ideal for walks. There are other quiet beaches within a radius of about 10 km. Here you can enjoy the sea without hotels or other disturbing noises.
