Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), natural garden. Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road, mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises.     “Haus ist sehr geräumig und in gutem und sauberen Zustand. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
    Von Terasse und Balkon hat man einen grandiosen Panoramablick auf die Küste von Taromina bis Girrare. Das Grundstück ist wie eine Panoramaterasse, geschätzt ca. 300-400m über der Küstenlandschaft. Es ist absolut ruhig. Man hat praktisch keine Nachbarn Zufahrt ist über eine kurze, steile, holprige und schmale Sackgasse, aber problemlos (im 1. Gang) zu befahren. Es ist das letzte Haus an dieser Sackgasse.
    Die Vermieterin und ihre englisch sprechende Tocher sind nett und sehr bemüht. Die Kommunkaiton verlief per Mail, SMS oder Whatsapp. Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort bei Anreise und Abreise haben pünktlich und einwandfrei funktioniert.
    Auf das Auto ist man natürlich angewiesen. Man kommt aber relativ schnell zum Strand, nach Taromina, nach Girrare zum Einkaufen oder auf die Autobahn. In die andere Richtiung weiter steil bergauf zum Ätna.
    Aus unserer Sicht (wir waren zu Viert als Familie da) auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.”

    “A very pleasant house with a wonderful view. House is neat and has a beautiful terrace. In clear weather you can see the Etna. Spacious kitchen and great bedrooms with large closets. Living room is also spacious.”
