This typical stone house combines the charm of the old with modern amenities. It is located in the small, quiet town of Plonéour-Lanvern, about seven kilometres from the ocean and beautiful sandy beaches. The rural location ensures a relaxing holiday. You will surely enjoy your stay here - whether you are vacationing with friends or your family.
The two storey house accommodates up to eight people on 150 m². The ground floor of approximately 100 m² offers the living room and the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a utility room, as well as a relaxation area. The living room boasts comfortable leather sofas and a wood burning stove, a flat screen television, a stereo and a DVD player. In front of the modern kitchen unit, you will find a dining table for eight. Relax in the relaxation area. It is furnished with a sofa bed for one (90 cm x 190 cm). We provide books and toys and there is also a play area for kids. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other one offers a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). A child's cot is available upon request. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a level access shower. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer, as well as a trash can. The 50 m² top storey offers two bedrooms furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The two single beds can be combined to a double bed. The second bathroom has a shower and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with electric heating.
The south facing patio is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade, four sun loungers and a barbecue. The small patio is furnished with a table and two chairs. The 500 m² garden is fully enclosed. The 250 m² parking area offers space for three passenger cars. Additionally, there is a room where you can store bicycles, surf boards or fishing equipment.
Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible, since the ground floor spreads over two levels. Yet, the house has been designated as disability friendly by "Tourisme et Handicap“ (ATH). Firewood and internet access are available free of charge. Pets are welcome, as long as they do not interfere with the chickens and the two sheep, who live near the garden.
Shopping facilities, a restaurant and a pharmacy are located about two kilometres from the house. The lake is equidistant. It is about seven kilometres to the ocean and the beautiful sandy beaches.
