Located in second line to the sea, this villa enjoys gorgeous open sea views from the upper floor as well as views of emblematic fortification "Es Forti" just across the road. Forti 52 Planas is located is a quiet area only 400m. away to the sandy cove Caló des Pou and 600m. away to the centre of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants and cafeterias is 1.4km. away and the centre of Cala D'Or where you will find a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops is approx. 3 minutes drive away. In this area there are several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. Here you can practice water sports or take an excursion and discover the pretty south east coast with the glass bottom boat. The charming port Porto Petro is within 5 minutes drive.
Forti 52 Planas is a modern, spacious and bright villa full of natural light arranged in 2 floors; the sleeping area is on the ground floor and the living area on the upper floor. The ground floor boasts four bedrooms; a double and a twin each own with en-suite walk-in shower-room -the twin bedroom is spacious and has access to a covered terrace-. There are two more twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is also an utility area with the washing machine. An original open stairs without handrails located at the lounge of the villa leads to the upper floor. This floor has large windows in the living room and the dining area which allows a lot of natural light and fresh air if the windows are open. The open living room is very spacious, airy and full of natural light; it has comfortable sofas and large sliding glass windows at each side, ideal to relax and enjoy the sea views. The dinning area has a table to seat up to 8 people. The kitchen that has a nice up-to date design is well equipped, has a breakfast table and is separated from the dining room by a transparent glass wall which gives a modern and open atmosphere. From the kitchen there is access to a small back terrace with table, chair and a portable barbecue to eat outside. Either from the living or the dining room there is access to the open front terrace with comfortable chairs from where you will enjoy impressive open views of the sea and the emblematic fortification "Es Forti". Close to the kitchen there is a larder and a guest toilet.The upper floor can also be reached by and exterior stairs.
The exterior has a swimming pool to refresh during the long summery days and lawned areas with sunbeds; the ideal spot to relax. Covered terrace overlooking the pool with chairs where you will be able to enjoy the shade in the warmest hours of the day.
